How do I register my club?

Firstly you must register with a league.

How much does it cost for SYFA club membership?

The membership fee including insurance, for a full member club is £71.

The membership fee including insurance, for an associate member club is £57.

The membership fee for a Community Club is £22. Insurance cover is optional.

What is the difference between an associate and full membership?

What are the benefits of a Community Club registration?

There are several advantages to a Community Club membership:

Community Club membership allows a general committee to oversee the running of all age group listed on the Community Club form.

Coaches within individual age groups who choose to leave the club but are named within the Community Club membership may not take with them the club ID number, club name, funds, equipment etc….

Coaches of clubs covered by a Community Club membership may coach for any age group included on the Community Club form.

Clubs with a Community Club membership may organize events for the participation of all its age groups listed on the Community Club form.

Community club membership allows a Player Protection Officer to cover all age groups listed on said form. However, where possible, it is preferable to have more than one person acting in this role, this ensures the workload is shared, avoids reliance on one person, provides for cover during sickness and holidays and generates a support system for those acting in the role.

Is there a cost for registering your Players?

Player registrations are free however, there is a £2 fee per player if registered after 1 September

How do I apply for a Tournament/Friendly Permit?

Don't panic! While your password cannot be retrieved it can be reset. To do this go to www.syfaregistrations.co.uk and click 'forgotten my password', follow the instructions to receive an email with a new password and you should be back online in no time.
